My heater wasn't working, and I like to think of myself as a handy person. So, I tried to fix it myself and did quite a bit of research online. I turned to Yelp to find experts, though, when I realized I was out of my depth. I'm so glad I found West Coast Mechanical! Pat (who's also the owner I think) replied with a screenshot he took from the video I posted of the problem along with instructions on how to fix it. So helpful! Ultimately I needed to cut the PVC and use a shop vac to clear the issue, so it was a lot more involved than I thought it would be, but I really appreciate Pat for giving me the confidence and direction to do it myself.
